Warum heißt die „Blackleg“? / Why „Blackleg“?
Dass ich ein riesiger One Piece Fan bin (seit mehr als 20 Jahren mittlerweile, omg!), dürftest du bereits mitbekommen haben.
Für alle, die es nicht wissen: „Blackleg“ ist Sanjis von der Marine gegebener Name, als ein Kopfgeld auf ihn ausgesetzt wurde. -> Sanji, the Black Leg.
Ich liebe zwar Nami, aber ich würde mich nie so nennen. I’m not worth her glory. Weil ich trotzdem irgendwas aus OP wollte, habe ich eben von meinem 2. Lieblingschara den Namen geklaut ^^
Tbh, eigentlich will ich den Namen schon längst ändern, aber mangels Alternativen bleibe ich dabei.
🇬🇧 ENG: As huge One Piece fan for over 20 years I wanted to go by a OP related alias. Even though Nami is my fave, I would NEVER chose her name – I’m not worthy, haha. So I chose the nickname of my 2nd fave, Sanji.
Tbh, as the years gone by, I’m not to fond of this name anymore but couldn’t find a fitting alternative, so we’ll roll with it.

1. Ich habe noch einen stationären Desktop-PC und arbeite damit immer noch am liebsten. Als ich mir für die Arbeit einen zusätzlichen Laptop kaufen wollte, fiel die finale Wahl am Ende auf HP Omen – weil „Omen“ ein geiler Song von The Prodigy ist… XD
🇬🇧 1. I dislike designing on a Tablet and usually work on my Desktop PC. When I finally bought a Laptop for work-purposes, I decided not on the „fanciest one out there“ but on HP Omen… because I really like the song „Omen“ by The Prodigy. XD
2. Apropos, Songs: Erinnerungen bleiben mir besser im Kopf, wenn ich sie mit einem Song verbinde. So weiß ich z.B. auch für jedes meiner Treasure-Chest Layouts, welchen Song ich hauptsächlich während des Designprozesses gehört habe. Das Aktuelle? Die Main-Inspiration war „Days of the Lost“ von The Halo Effect.
🇬🇧 2. Speaking of songs: I tend to remember certain memories because of the Song associated with it. Music is also my main inspiration for website designs and I remember the „main theme“ song for every TC-layout I ever made. For this one, it’s „Days of the Lost“ by The Halo Effect.
3. Ich bin ein Listen-Freak und schreibe mir alles auf. Und das meist auf Englisch.
🇬🇧 3. I LOVE lists and have a checklist for almost everything.
4. Unter meinen Tätowierungen befinden sich: Eine Schatzkiste, Nami, Alpollo und seit neuestem Rengokus Schwert.

5. Trotz vieler Tattoos habe ich keine Piercings und nicht einmal Ohrlöcher. Lustigerweise habe ich Schiss davor, mir welche stechen zu lassen.
🇬🇧 5. Even though i have a lot of tattoos, I don’t have any piercings or even earrings. Funnily enough, I’m scared of even getting them.
6. Üblicherweise bin ich nicht sehr offen emotional. Aber wenn z.B. Vegeta im DBZ-Anime stirbt (ihr wisst schon, die Namek-Szene) oder die Strohhüte auf Sabaody getrennt werden, heule ich wie ein Schlosshund.
🇬🇧 6. If you know me, I tend to be not very emotional on the outside. But seeing Vegeta die in DBZ or the Strawhats get separated in Sabaody makes those tears run free.
7. Ich ekle mich total vor benutztem/dreckigen Geschirr anderer – mir wird sofort schlecht, wenn ich es anfassen muss.

8. Ich habe 2023 6 Wochen allein in Tokyo, Japan, gelebt, gearbeitet und eine Sprachschule besucht. Und jetzt will ich mehr… 😀
